RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

This Return & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made through the website of Fair Vista Global Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), an online men’s fashion store offering latest and trending clothing.

This policy is framed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Product has manufacturing defect

⚠️ Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product should not have any signs of wear or damage caused by customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (wrong size selected by customer)
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Used, washed, or altered products

4. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

Once approved, further instructions will be shared.


5. PICKUP / SELF-SHIPPING

  • We may arrange reverse pickup depending on location
  • If pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship the product

📦 Product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


6. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
    • Replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability)
  • If replacement is not available, alternative solution will be provided as per company policy.

7. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All returned products will undergo quality check:

  • If approved → Replacement processed
  • If rejected → Product may be returned back to customer

8. SHIPPING CHARGES (RETURN CASES)

  • If return is due to company fault (wrong/damaged product) → charges borne by us
  • In other cases → customer may bear shipping cost

9. FRAUD & MISUSE PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject repeated or suspicious return requests
  • Take action against misuse of return policy

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage during return transit (if improperly packed)
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
