1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired size and quantity, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping details and complete the payment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and select mobile wallets through our secure payment gateway.
3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes across India. A nominal convenience fee may apply for COD orders.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please raise a ticket on our Support Portal immediately.
5. Why did my payment fail but money got deducted?
This usually happens due to a network issue at the bank's end. The deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and courier details. You can track your package in real-time.
8. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value. For COD or orders below the threshold, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Fair Vista Global Private Limited ships only within India. We plan to expand our borders soon!
10. What happens if I am not home to receive the delivery?
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. You will also receive a call from the delivery executive before they arrive.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
11. What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
12. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
You can easily raise a return/exchange request by visiting our Support Portal. Enter your order details, select the item, and state the reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup.
13. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please record an unboxing video and raise a ticket on our Support Portal within 48 hours of delivery for a quick replacement or refund.
14. When will I get my refund?
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, a payment link will be sent to your registered email/number.
15. Can I return items bought during a clearance sale?
Items purchased during mega clearance sales or marked as "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged unless you received a defective item.

16. How do I find the right size?
Each product page has a detailed "Size Guide." We highly recommend measuring yourself and comparing it with our chart to find your perfect fit.
17. Are your fabrics pre-shrunk?
Yes, most of our cotton and blended fabrics are pre-shrunk to ensure that the fit remains consistent even after the first wash.
18. How should I care for my clothes?
For the best longevity, wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Do not iron directly on prints or bleach the garments. Check the wash care label on the product for specific instructions.
19. Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
We often restock our bestsellers. You can click on the "Notify Me" button on the out-of-stock product page to get an email as soon as it's back!
20. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
